Free cancellation before redemption

Customers can cancel or reschedule anytime as long as its outside of 24hrs of the booking without a fee. Inside of 24 hrs a rescheduling or cancellation fee of $80.00 will apply. Same day cancelations will be charged in full. I am aware that the service will be paid in full if it is not cancelled and the cleaner shows up to clean.
